Health Benefits of Tai Chi

Practicing Tai Chi on a regular basis has many health benefits both physical and psychological.  It is considered a low level aerobic exercise and can be done by anyone at any age.  The National Institutes of Health now have a multitude of scientific studies showing the health benefits of Tai Chi.  Here are a few!
